CULTURAL STEREOTYPES TROUGH LITERATURE
When we speak about people behavior in the Hispanic world we’re doing reference to some of the most important characters of our literature who synthesize a way of living and behaving. The participants will get in touch with them trough texts, theater and music in order to go deeper in some linguistic expressions and stereotypes building a new tool for language and culture learning to their own lessons.
About the facilitator
Belén Rodríguez holds a degree in Hispanic Studies and in Journalism, majoring in applied linguistics and second language teaching . She has worked as a teacher in Italy, Greece, France, Poland and since 2015 in India, where she teaches at master’s degree level at the University of Pune. She’s a specialist in the use of storytelling, visual arts and theater in foreign language classes. She runs the blog Espanol en Pune and organizes activities as film festivals, talks and others to promote the Spanish Language and literature in the Maharashtra State.
